Today we got to check off the last box regarding Audrey's recovery and actually close that chapter of our story. After accumulating fluid inside her chest following surgery we switched her to the weirdest formula ever (called Enfaport). For the past 3 months we have been anticipating this day where she switched off of the Enfaport and had a chest x-ray which showed no fluid accumulation! What a relief. The surgeon was impressed with how well she looked today as she sucked on her big toe while he examined her.
