Harper is now an official, on paper, citizen of the United States! Our little Guatemalan-American currently has one of her three passports ready to use for our trip to the States at the end of the month.  She doesn't have a birth certificate, but a Consular Report of Birth Abroad which functions as the birth certificate.  It took us too long to get our ducks in a row for these things, now we're working on getting her a social security number.
