Surgeon said all went well-holes were smaller than expected so only one patch was needed. When she came off the heart-lung machine her pacemaker wasn't needed and she started her heart on her own. We are with her-she looks better than we thought she would and they are trying to wean down the breathing tube to get it out either tonight or more likely tomorrow.
We experienced a crazy rage of emotions today unlike anything I've really experienced before. We are praising God and also thankful for the marvels of modern medicine.
