What could be more important on the tables of diplomats in training than these 3 items? Nothing, apparently. At FSI (Foreign Service Institute) the huge lunch room was empty today save for these meal essentials.
We got the "Bid List" on Thursday with the 106 available posts and have been spending the last few days trying to narrow down the options to a place that I can work, that has a decent amount to do, and not super dangerous. We're still narrowing, but will submit our preferences on Wednesday-trying not to get too set on the idea of one place because for all we know, they might send us to Ciudad Juarez.
June 8th is the big day...we'll find out our destiny...
